Growing up, I faced relentless teasing due to excessive body hair, an experience that deeply impacted my mental well-being and self-esteem.
It took me years to overcome self-loathing and embrace self-acceptance. Today, I understand that body hair is natural and nothing to be ashamed of, yet I also appreciate the freedom of being hair-free.
Driven by my own journey, I’m committed to supporting others grappling with body image concerns, one hair at a time.
Having explored various hair removal methods, from bleaching to creams (ouch!) and razors to epilators, I found waxing to be the most effective and satisfying solution. I recognize the importance of skilled professionals in this intimate service, which is why I became a loyal waxing client for years. I have since started my journey with laser hair removal and would recommend waxing and laser as the best forms of hair removal, but make sure it’s a good laser because not all lasers are created equal.
Dreaming of entrepreneurship and fueled by a desire to make a difference, I embarked on the journey of opening a laser and wax bar. After thorough consideration, I chose to partner with Foxy Box, a franchise renowned for its non-gendered and non-binary approach to waxing and laser services. I deeply resonate with their values of body positivity, empowerment, and inclusivity.
